When I was an undergraduate student we had a supper club. Each of us would be responsible for one dinner a night for a week. This allowed us to cook for a night, and test our cooking on our fellow co-eds. This was one of my first dishes - and it became so popular that if I made anything else they would object.
One whole chicken fryer -- cut up (you can buy it cut, or cut it yourself)
1 small can of frozen orange juice
1/4 cup of honey
1/4 cup of Worchester sauce
Place 1/2 can of frozen juice, 1/4 cup of Worchester sauce, and 1/4 cup of honey into a sauce pan over medium heat. PlaIt will be thick and sticky- that's ok
Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees
Put the chicken in an oven safe dish and coat with half the mix. Place in the oven. After 30 minutes - turn and baste the chicken
Baste once more.
After an hour- remove the chicken and cover with the remaining sauce.
